A graduate of Elkhart High School, Kelsey left East Texas to attend The University of Texas at Austin before earning her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School. After law school, she served as an attorney for the federal government in Washington, D.C., handling complex corporate litigation and bankruptcy matters involving some of the largest companies in the country.
In 2025, she returned home to East Texas and opened her office in Palestine. Today, Kelsey brings the same level of preparation, attention to detail, and advocacy that she applied to high-stakes disputes in Washington, D.C., to clients right here in East Texas.

A graduate of Frankston High School, Avery attended Sam Houston State University, where she studied Political Science before beginning her legal career. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for law firms in Huntsville and Conroe, gaining experience in a variety of practice areas, including family law, criminal law, personal injury, probate, and civil litigation.
Avery assists with client communication, case management, document preparation, court filings, scheduling, and the countless details required to keep cases moving efficiently. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to client service help ensure that every client receives the attention they deserve.
